Dubailand is a massive residential neighborhood developed by Dubai Properties. The total areas of the establishment are 3 million square kilometers. The proposed land was 2 billion square feet when Tatweer initially announced the project in October 2003. Later on, the project was taken by Dubai Properties and divided into individual projects. 

Dubailand is between Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) and Emirates Road on the other side. Once fully developed, Dubailand will become Dubai’s most popular area for sure. As a freehold district, Dubailand emerged as the 3rd most popular area to rent a villa in Dubai

Different parts of Dubailand had different residential units based on different themes and with distinctive lifestyles. Every sub-community in Dubai Land is developed to appeal to the family-friendly environment. The neighborhood had apartments ranging from studio to 3-bedroom configurations. Villas are available in 2 to 6-bedroom independent settings and townhouses of 1 to 4-bedroom configurations.

Since this is a megaproject with many sub-communities and areas, Rents are different depending upon the areas and locations.

As some parts of Dubailand are still under development, once completed, the community will have everything, including the mega malls, supermarkets, and hyper stores to facilitate its residents. Currently, there are many mini-marts in SkyCourts Towers. Listed below are some of the famous stores and supermarkets in other parts of Dubailand.

Right now, there aren’t many educational hubs in Dubailand. Especially, nurseries they’re hard to find apart from these few.

  • Step by Step Nursery (Al Waha and Layan Residents) 

However, more nurseries for your kids are in Dubai Silicon Oasis. For school-going kids, many schools are recently opened in recent years in Dubailand.

As the rest of the neighborhood is under-develop, there are not too many health care centers in Dubailand. Currently, Dubailand had a few clinics and health care centers listed below

  • ACE Medical Center – SkyCourts Tower D 
  • Dr. Kamkar Medical & Physiotherapy Center – Majan 

For further options, the nearest community Silicon Oasis had Sulaiman Faqeeh Hospital, Aster Clinic, the Medicure Polyclinic, and Symbiosis Medical Center.
